Waldo Szczupak is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he focuses on investments in the student housing, manufactured housing, single-family rental and build-to-rent sectors. Mr. Szczupak previously worked in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Szczupak worked in the infrastructure investment banking business of a global financial institution.

Mr. Szczupak holds a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD and Bachelor of Science degree from MIT.
